How do I request a quote?
Getting a quote on your order from vexrobotics.com is easy:
- 1. Log in to your vexrobotics.com account or create a new one if you don't have an existing account.
- 2. Add the items you want to order to your cart.
- 3. Proceed to checkout either from your cart or from the links on the top right side of any page.
- 4. Select your Billing and Ship To Addresses.
- 5. Select a Shipping Method.
- 6. On the Payment Information tab, select Generate Quote.
- 7. Review your order. If everything is correct hit the Place Order button to submit your quote.
You will recieve an email that details your quote and provides a link back to vexrobotics.com to order your quote. You can also access all of your quotes and order by logging into your account and clicking the My Account link at the top of all pages.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders of in stock products placed Monday - Friday before 3:00 p.m. Central will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Central, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day. You will be notified via e-mail when your order has shipped; this e-mail will include a tracking number as well. If you'd like to track the progress of your shipment, log in to your account and click My Orders on the left side of the My Account page.
How do I get tax-exempt status applied to my account?
Please contact us to find out how to apply tax-exempt status to your account.
How do I order by Purchase Order?
The minimum Purchase Order we can process is $200.
Email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Fax (214-722-1284) us a copy of your PO. Please allow 1 business day for processing.
