Is VEX still shipping orders?

Yes, we are currently shipping orders. To ensure the safety of our staff and customers, we are taking extra precaution with your orders. Please be advised that you may experience processing delays. Our shipping partners are experiencing delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic with all of their service levels.

At this time, we are still shipping orders in accordance with our posted shipping policies and timelines.

Any freight orders (or backorders that come in-stock) will require manual confirmation in advance that you are still able to receive shipments. No additional work is required on your part - if verification is needed, a member of our customer service team will reach out to the contact listed on the order.

Please note that some states, counties, or local governments have imposed temporary shipping restrictions that are beyond our control.We are doing what we can to identify these regions and orders before they ship, but we do ask for your patience in the unfortunate event that a shipment does get returned.

When will the 2020-2021 VRC & VIQC games be released?

The REC Foundation and VEX Robotics will host a "Virtual World Championship Celebration" on April 25th, 2020. The official announcement can be found here, and more information will be available soon.

Barring any circumstances beyond our control, the full field & game element kits for VRC and VIQC are both on track to be in-stock and ready to ship in early May, following the game reveal on April 25th. The full field and game element kits for VRC will be available from early June.

We will not be able to accept pre-orders for new game elements prior to the game’s release.


Will this impact the launch timelines of VEX 123 / VEX GO?

At the time of their announcement, VEX 123 and VEX GO were scheduled to be available in July 2020. At this time, we have no reason to suspect that they will not be available for the start of the 2020 academic school year. All internal development is on-track, and we intend to release STEM Labs and/or other support materials on schedule.
