VEX Robotics Software Privacy Policy

Innovation First International, Inc. ("IFI," "we," "us," or "our") develops and distributes the VEXcode software applications ("Applications"), including VEXcode 123, VEXcode GO, VEXcode IQ, VEXcode EXP, VEXcode V5, VEXcode CTE, VEXcode AIM, VEXcode AIR, VEXcode Pro V5, VEXcode VR, the VEX VS Code Extension, the VEX Classroom mobile application, and the VEX Pilot mobile application.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our Applications and outlines your choices related to that information.

Applications Privacy Policy

We do not collect personally identifiable information from users of our Applications, whether adults or children.

The only information we may receive is data voluntarily submitted through the in-application Feedback tool. This information may include diagnostic details and any personal information a user chooses to provide.

If you prefer not to share personally identifiable information, please do not include it when using the Feedback tool or choose not to use the Feedback tool.

Because our Applications do not collect personal user data, they comply with applicable U.S. privacy laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from individuals under the age of 18.
