It's there for you when an unexpected covered breakdown happens, extending coverage after your manufacturer’s limited warranty ends.

The cost of VEXcare varies by item and coverage term. You'll be shown the amount on the product pages and in your cart.
A VEXcare extended warranty helps minimize downtime and manage future budgets with predictable costs today. A VEXcare plan protects against unexpected replacement expenses later.
During the original manufacturer’s limited warranty period, most covered warranty issues will be handled by VEX Robotics. After that warranty ends, VEXcare covers eligible replacement parts for covered failures.
VEXcare applies to most VEX Robotics electronic products and must be purchased at the time of product purchase. Eligible products are clearly indicated when shopping.
Whether you are a school or an individual, you can add VEXcare to eligible product purchases. VEXcare is not offered outside of the 50 United States.

If there's a covered failure, we'll replace the failed item.
If your item breaks down, we’ll replace the defective parts during the extended warranty period, subject to VEXcare terms and conditions.

Have your proof of purchase and item number ready when you contact us.
We’ll ship out your covered replacement item at no charge upon claim approval.

Universal Underwriters Service Corporation is the Obligor and OnPoint Warranty Solutions LLC is the Administrator of this Plan in all states except in Florida, where the Obligor is Zurich Protection Solutions; and in California and New York where the Obligor is Universal Underwriters Service Corporation, d/b/a: UUSC Service Company.
Parts for the covered product may be replaced, at our discretion, with new, used or remanufactured parts of like kind and quality. If the covered product cannot be replaced then a product of like kind or similar features with a value up to the purchase price of the covered product, including shipping if required (but excluding sales tax, and handling costs which are not covered by this Agreement and are your responsibility) will be provided.
